　　The strength of a Party member’s Party spirit is an important criterion for assessing their overall quality. Party-member quality is a comprehensive standard, with the fundamental factor being the degree to which a member possesses strong Party spirit. If a Party member conscientiously fulfills their duties and obligations, consciously conducts themselves in accordance with the Party Constitution and the requirements of Party spirit, exercises self-discipline, undertakes self‑transformation, and strives for self‑improvement, they will endeavor to achieve complete ideological alignment with the Party, use communist ideology to overcome the myriad forms of individualism in their mind, and thereby become a well‑rounded, new type of communist who is idealistic, moral, cultured, and disciplined.
　　To strengthen Party-member awareness education, on July 12, 2018, Song Wenbo, Chairman of Xinghongyuan Tire, and Wei Yuhong, Branch President of the Mengyin Sub-branch of the Bank of China, led more than 40 Party-member representatives to the Mengyin County People’s Procuratorate to participate in a Party‑spirit education activity. The group visited the Mengyin County Warning Education Base, watched an educational video on cautionary cases, and, following the event, engaged in exchanges and discussions on their reflections and insights.
　　Through this educational initiative, the two organizations have further advanced their efforts to study and internalize the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, thereby playing a positive role in better leveraging the exemplary and leading role of Party members and enhancing team cohesion.
